Individualized cancer care
Established in 1984, Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is the largest privately-owned hematology/oncology practice in the United States with a network that includes 151 physicians, 94 nurse practitioners and more than 60 clinical sites. Our medical oncologists direct each patient’s plan of care and continue surveillance years after successful treatment. Our large practice and multidisciplinary approach means more resources are available to our patients. Our services include:
- Infusions for cancer and noncancer-related conditions
- Lab services
- Diagnostic imaging (CT)
- Clinical trials
In association with Sarah Cannon Research Institute—one of the nation’s largest clinical research programs, Florida Cancer Specialists offers patients access to more clinical trials than any private oncology practice in Florida.
Our vision is to be the preferred choice for patients and referral sources for superior, compassionate, community-based cancer care in Florida. We strive to provide the most advanced cancer treatment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and research in a setting where patients can be close to home, surrounded and supported by family and friends.
